Valletta, 19 October 2017: EVANGroup plc („EVAN“) (ISIN DE000A19L426 / WKN A19L42) has let the last available rental space at the Imotex B2B Fashion Centre in Düsseldorf-Neuss and thus reports that full occupancy has been achieved. This marks an important milestone, following the extensive refurbishment and improvements that were carried out during normal operations of the centre.
Imotex is the best-known and most popular „pronto moda“ („fast fashion“) centre in Europe with 160 tenants and 350 collections. The special feature of the concept is the immediate availability of goods in the textile and accessories sector. This accommodates the desire of traders to be able to directly satisfy any changing customer needs and seasonal demands.

The wholesalers receive training from the centre“s own personnel so that they can attend to their particular section of the online shop. Such maintenance includes monthly photo shootings of their goods, which are worn by models so as to more effectively promote sales at the retail outlet with the help of good-looking advertising material.
